We currently ship across India.

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery may be available on selected pincodes. You can check COD availability at checkout.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.

7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product.

8. Do you accept returns for change of mind?
Since our diaries are carefully packed and shipped, returns for change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.

9. What if I receive a damaged product?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund.

10. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

11. Are your diaries suitable for daily journaling and goal setting?
Yes. Our diaries are designed to help you write daily, organize your thoughts, set goals, and build a consistent journaling habit.
