Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

At this time, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

We encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

Replacements

We offer free replacements in the following situations:

• The product arrives damaged during shipping
• You receive an incorrect product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Important Notes

• Replacement requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• We currently do not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided in eligible cases.
• TrendD reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after review.

• Orders placed with Cash on Delivery may be subject to verification before dispatch.
